Shipping and Delivery
We ship FREE to mainland UK. We can deliver to most global locations so if you live outside UK and Europe, please contact us for a personal shipping quote at firstname.lastname@example.org
The products will be delivered to you at the address you provide on the order form/over the telephone.
Shipping to UK Addresses
For deliveries within mainland UK, orders will be sent using Royal Mail Special Delivery. Details will be included in your order confirmation email. *Orders placed by midday will be dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery to arrive the next day by 1pm – this applies to working days, Monday – Friday. If an item is posted on a Friday it is guaranteed to arrive by 1pm the following Monday. If you require your order to arrive on a Saturday, please add a note at the checkout or email email@example.com* If for any reason we are unable to deliver the next day we let you know before we dispatch your order.
Shipping outside of the UK
We charge a flat fee of £20 for international deliveries. All International orders are sent by Royal Mail Tracked and Signed or International Tracked depending on the destination country. You will be charged this Shipping fee at the checkout. Parcels usually arrive between 5 – 7 working days although sometimes it can take a little longer. We will send you the tracking number plus we will also track the delivery and update you if necessary.
All items are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from Laslett England to the shipping address. Once your items have been delivered to the specified delivery address, they are no longer covered by insurance.
The delivery date we quote is approximate and we are not liable for any delay, but if we are unable to deliver by the quoted date, you may cancel your order if you wish, and we will reimburse you.
We aim to dispatch Laslett England products within two working days after we receive your order and although we cannot guarantee this, we will always try to improve on it. In most cases the goods are shipped the following day. We may cancel your goods (and refund you) at any time before dispatch if they are no longer in stock and we are unable to re-stock, or if an event outside our control continues for more than three weeks.
If there is a delay or if we cannot dispatch within 2 working days, we will advise you as soon as possible. Unfortunately, we cannot change the delivery address once the shipment has left us and we cannot arrange for deliveries to be left with a neighbour or similar requests or be responsible for orders which go missing after delivery.
We cannot be responsible for non-delivery if you give us inadequate or inaccurate delivery or supply instructions.
If your order is urgent, or has specific timing requirements, please let us know and we will try to accommodate your request. If these are going to incur additional costs, we will let you know in advance.
You will be responsible for any local taxes you have to pay. To any European customers, following BREXIT on January 1st, 2021, changes to the taxes you must pay are out of our control. At present, all European customers may need to pay duty on our goods as they enter the country, and these tariffs change country by country. We would recommend checking on your government’s website for full details on duty and imports from the UK. Thank you for your ongoing support and understanding on this matter.
We will refund or exchange any item within 14 days of receipt if you contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org, (except for bespoke or personalized products)
We recommend you return items using a guaranteed delivery method as we will only refund you once we have safely received them, using the method by which you paid us. If you would like to return an item please email email@example.com to request a return.
All goods must be returned to us new, unused, and perfect in unworn and undamaged condition in the original box and with all the original labels and tags still attached, and within 14 days after us agreeing the return with you. We will not accept any item with any indication that it was worn or used; in such cases the item will be returned to you and not refunded.
Any items you send to us which are damaged, go missing, or are lost in transit will not be refunded, so we recommend that you insure them and that your return is adequately protected in transit. We recommend you return them in the original packaging provided or equivalent.
Any carriage charge we make is not refundable.
If the goods were faulty when we sent them out, then you can either reject them by email within 30 days of receiving them or ask us to repair, replace or refund the price you paid for them, provided you’ve given us a reasonable opportunity to examine the goods and have returned them to us at our cost (if requested). This right will not apply if you continue to use the goods after noticing the defect, or if the defect has arisen as a result of fair wear and tear, or through negligence or inappropriate storage, or if you’ve failed to follow any care instructions, we gave you.
If we are unable to deliver due to reasons caused by you (for example: wrong address supplied, or not paying local taxes), and the goods are returned to us unused in perfect condition, then we will still refund you, less any costs we must pay, such as the return shipment or taxes.
