Water Lane is an idyllic walled garden with a vinery, Victorian glasshouses, restaurant and shop, near Hawkhurst in the High Weald, on the Kent and Sussex border.
Co-curated by custodians of Water Lane, Nick Selby and Ian James and Gina Portman who brings together a wonderfully eclectic mix of stallholders. You may know Gina from her curated Christmas Fair at Great Dixter House and Gardens.

Located outside the village of Hawkhurst on the East Sussex and Kent border, Water Lane can be found adjacent to St Ronan’s School. When arriving by car, enter the St Ronan’s School gates and then turn first right and head towards the bright green gates of the walled garden.
